Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access, registration, participation, and usage of the SAMPATTI platform (“Platform”), an initiative of Karnataka State Marketing Communication and Advertising Limited (KSMCA). By accessing, registering, or participating in the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration

KSMCA reserves the right to approve or reject any registration application without assigning reasons.

REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT

Registration Process

Users may register through the official SAMPATTI portal by submitting required details and supporting documents.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4.3 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and account-related activities

4.4 Verification

KSMCA may conduct verification of submitted documents and information before approval.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Registration Fees

Applicable registration and participation fees shall be paid as per the approved fee structure published on the platform.

GST & Taxes

Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged additionally as per prevailing government regulations.

Payment Modes

Payments may be accepted through: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Authorized Payment Gateways

Non-Refundable Fees

Unless otherwise specified, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Fee Revisions

KSMCA reserves the right to revise fees, participation charges, and applicable categories at any time.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Users agree: To use the platform for lawful and professional purposes only. Not to misuse ecosystem connections or participant information. Not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unethical activities. To maintain professional conduct during programs, events, networking sessions, and collaborations.

Participation in programs does not guarantee business opportunities, funding, partnerships, or commercial outcomes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content including: Logos, Branding, Designs, Documents, Materials, Website content shall remain the intellectual property of KSMCA / SAMPATTI unless otherwise stated.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or misuse platform materials without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TERMINATION / SUSPENSION

KSMCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if: False information is provided, Terms are violated, Misconduct occurs, Platform misuse is identified, Activities adversely affect the ecosystem

AMENDMENTS

KSMCA may update or modify these Terms & Conditions periodically without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the platform.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karnataka.

DISCLAIMER

SAMPATTI is an ecosystem facilitation platform intended to support collaboration, networking, mentorship, branding, and growth opportunities.
